TITLE / RISK OF LOSS
For firearm orders, we retain title until you have passed the background check(s) and other requirements for your legal purchase, which means once the order is placed with the shipper, we continue to be at risk if the order is lost. For non-firearm orders, title to the product passes to you upon delivery to the shipper, which means the risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the shipper.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ROCKWELL ARMS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN, THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING AVAILABILITY DATES. WHILE ROCKWELL ARMS INC. PROVIDES SOME INFORMATION AS TO RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON VARIOUS FIREARMS IN DIFFERENT JURISDICTIONS, SUCH INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO THE DISCLAIMERS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LEGALITY OF THEIR PURCHASES IN THEIR PARTICULAR JURISDICTIONS.

CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
Notwithstanding our disclaimers, most manufacturers do provide warranties on new weapons. All new weapons are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and any applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within the period specified by the individual manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information. If you are unable to find what you need, please call us, and we will assist you.
CANCELLATION AND RESTOCKING FEES
The sales and shipping process is time-demanding, and we incur a charge of 2% on credit card purchases the moment the order is placed. You may cancel your order at any time for any reason, but there will be a 2% cancellation fee to reimburse us for the out-of-pocket charges we have incurred. We may waive this fee at our discretion, but customers should expect to pay the fee if they are cancelling for reasons beyond Rockwell’s control. On the other hand, if an order is delivered late, or if we make a mistake on your order, if you choose to cancel, we will not charge a fee.
If you wish to return an item after it has shipped to you (for any reason other than a mistake we have made), there will be a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
All ammunition sales are final.
Once a firearm is delivered through the FFL to you, the firearm sale is final. If you return the firearm in its original packaging and before opening the packaging, you may return the items, subject to the restocking fees set forth above. In this case, you are responsible for any shipping fees.
We do have a layaway program. To place a firearm on layaway, you pay a 15% non-refundable deposit on the firearm. We will set the gun aside for 90 days, during which time you will make any payments you wish, as long as payment in full is received before the end of the 90th day. If you do not pay in full by the end of the layaway period, you forfeit the 15%, and we will refund to you any payment you have made in excess of the 15% (without interest). Firearms put on layaway cost an additional 5%. You will not be required to pay interest on any layaway item.
We allow you to pre-order guns that are not currently in stock by paying a pre-order fee of $25.00. The pre-order fee will be applied to the purchase price of the gun, but if you cancel your order, the pre-order fee is non-refundable, unless the estimated time of delivery is exceeded. For example, if we estimate that a gun will take three to six months to arrive, you may cancel your order and get your pre-order fee back if you have not received your gun within the six months. At any time, you may change your mind about the order and apply your pre-order fee to another item in our store. When we receive a pre-ordered gun, we will call and e-mail you to let you know that your gun is in. Once you pay the balance on the gun, we will ship it to your FFL.
In some cases, our manufacturers raise their prices between the time we order the guns and they time they ship. In those cases, our policy is to still honor our price to our customer and to pay for the difference. The only exception is when the price goes up so far that it actually costs us money to make the sale. In that case, we will notify you of the price increase and give you an opportunity to pay slightly more to keep the order. If you do not wish to keep the order, we will refund your pre-order fee in full.
If you bounce a check, there will be a $25.00 returned item fee, or whatever amount is allowed by law, whichever is less.
As a rule, our availability dates shown on the website are our best estimate of when products will ship. They are not guarantees. Unfortunately, sometimes more than one person will order a firearm of which only one is in stock. We will honor the first order for which funds are verified. Funds received afterwards will be returned if you are not willing to wait for the next available shipment of the item you have ordered. You will incur no cancellation fees in that event.
PRICES AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, sometimes errors are made, and Rockwell Arms reserves the right to make changes to pricing and/or other product information to correct errors. If you have placed an order for which the pricing was inaccurate, we will contact you before shipping and payment occur. Rockwell Arms does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Rockwell Arms is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund. By placing an order online, you agree that Rockwell Arms will be the final arbiter of its online offering.

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and that for the purchase of any handgun or ammunition, you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. We may request age verification before shipping your order.
COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS
Rockwell Arms Inc. makes every effort to help you comply with federal and state laws related to the purchase of firearms. That effort includes programming systems designed to prevent the sale of firearms to individuals in various jurisdictions who are not eligible to purchase specific firearms. If our software indicates that a specific firearm is not allowable in your jurisdiction, you will be notified of the conflict, and the item will be automatically removed from your shopping cart. In many other instances, Rockwell Arms will simply not list products that are restricted in various states.
However, our system is not infallible, and you agree, by ordering a firearm at RockwellArms.com that you have independently verified that you are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from owning the firearm you have ordered from RockwellArms.com. A great deal of information is available at www.ATF.gov to help you determine whether any restrictions (including state and local restrictions) apply to you.
Your local FFL will deliver the firearm to you after completing any necessary background check and other paperwork. That is the moment title to the firearm passes to you and you become responsible for its use. By using RockwellArms.com, you certify that you have not relied on Rockwell Arms to provide you information regarding what firearms are legal in your locality for you.

Your local FFL may charge a fee to process the delivery of your firearm. You will be responsible to pay that fee.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
We charge sales taxes for residents of the State of Idaho, since that is the state from which we operate. In some states, you may be required to pay a sales tax when you take delivery of your firearm from your local FFL. Customers are required by law in most states to pay a use tax that is equivalent to the sales tax. Customers are responsible to determine and pay that tax.
