Transcript of Goock 23 Gen3 .40 SW Pistol:
Hey, this is John with Rockwell Arms. What we're going to showcase today is the Glock 23 Gen3 pistol. We're going to go over the features and benefits of this particular pistol, as well as giving you an up-close look at it.
All right, so here's your up-close look at the Glock 23, and this is the generation 3 version. Because it is the Gen 3, it wil include two magazines and a polymer frame, just like any Glock. It does have the safe-action trigger, which comes standard on Glock pistols
Breakdown of this is super simple. You'll drop the magazine first, pull the slide back maybe a quarter of an inch, press the hinges on both sides of your pistol there. Let it forward, pull the trigger, and pull it apart.
Cleaning of the gun is done this way too. You can pull the spring and the barrel, and everything else, and lube it up and make sure it's all clean.
To put it back together it's just as easy. Just make sure you align the grooves, pull it back, rack it back a couple times to make sure it's seated properly, and there you go. Super easy to put together.
Glocks are great, very dependable guns, great for beginners and experts alike.
But that's our video of the Glock 23 Gen 3.

|Yesterday I used my neighbors Glock 23 to target practice and to find out if I really liked the weapon. I had not been shooting for many years and was suprised at how light the 40 cal 23 was and how easy it was to shoot and hold on target. Only thing I have to get accustomed to is not having a thumb safety on the gun. Another plus is that I was able to place all my fingers on the handle.|
